Reproduction of the early 1918 pattern RKKA star cockade with crossed hammer and plough. Stamped brass with red enamel, raised symbols and a metal border around the points. Diameter across the points: 36 mm.

Two folding prongs on the reverse attach the badge to headwear. Suitable for Russian Civil War Red Army impressions.

Historical reference.

Order No. 594 of 29 July 1918 published the description and drawing of the RKKA hammer-and-plough star cockade. The plough distinguishes this early badge from the later hammer-and-sickle design. Before standardisation, workshops produced stars in varying shapes and sizes.
