You should be able to pay for the order immediately. Otherwise, you will just waste time, and the order will be canceled in a day, and you will have to do it again. Check out the payment methods in the shopping cart, select one and make sure that you have access to this payment system and there are enough funds in your account. The order is waiting for payment for only 1 day (and on weekends, holidays, too, 1 day). If you need more time to pay, notify the store about it.
Can I order while the product is still not "sold out", and pay later?
No. This is a direct violation of our rules. But you can request a credit card from any bank and pay with this card. And pay off the debt from the salary, usually no interest is accrued for up to 50 days.
Is it possible to pay by transfer Contact, Western Union, Unistream, etc.?

Do you work with organizations?

Do you have free shipping?
No. But the larger your order, the cheaper the delivery of each kilogram.
How much does the delivery cost?
Put the product in the basket (you don't have to buy it right away). There, select your region, and you will be offered various delivery options: by cost and by speed. The final and correct price is only in the cart.
How long to wait for delivery?
2-8 weeks, usually a month. Carriers are responsible for the delay, however, it is not significant and it is very difficult to get it. We are not responsible for the delay of parcels by carriers. Sometimes, due to known (pandemic, war) or officially unknown (change of carrier, warehouse) reasons, delivery times may be delayed.

It is impossible to receive the goods on the day of the order.
Will my package be lost?
Parcels are rarely lost, no matter which delivery service carries them. In case you haven't received your product, write to us. We will quickly check what's with the package. Most likely, everything will be found. But if, after all, there has been no news about the parcel for a long time (or the regulated delivery time has been seriously exceeded), we resend the goods (if it is in stock) or refund the money. We need satisfied customers.
My parcel "hangs", no new information about it.
After your parcel has passed customs processing in the sender's country, it is waiting for further shipment in a special warehouse. Then it is physically transported to the destination country, where it also waits in line at the warehouse and undergoes local customs processing. The time between these two customs offices is a "blind spot" in the history of the movement of the parcel. It can take from two days to several weeks, while it may seem to the buyer that the parcel has "disappeared from the radar." In fact, international parcels do not disappear. They may be delayed for various reasons and even come back! But not to disappear without a trace. Usually, after a couple of weeks, the parcel appears in the destination country and is delivered by local mail.
We do not monitor your parcel, it is your responsibility! If you think that the package is taking too long, write to us. Then we will support you (including pressure on the mail from our side) until we are sure that you have received your parcel.
Will my parcel be delayed by customs?
All parcels have a customs declaration and pass customs, but not all are delayed. Most of the economy parcels in the destination country are inspected automatically (with special scanners that determine the contents) in order to prevent the import of prohibited items by mail. Nothing forbidden is sold in our store, so there will be no problems here.
The information in the customs declaration is checked for compliance with reality (usually for large and expensive parcels). If the customs officer does not agree with the cost of the contents, he will issue a customs notice (letter), where he will require the recipient of the parcel to provide information about the contents (invoice for payment, links to goods on the Internet, receipt or statement of payment). Based on this, the customs officer will calculate the duty and the parcel will be released only after payment of the duty.
We try to make customs declarations in such a way as to make it easier for our customers to receive the parcel. Study the postal customs regulations in your country! Sometimes the payment of the fee cannot be avoided. If you have never encountered customs and your parcel is delayed, write to us, we will advise the best way to solve this problem.
My address is automatically inserted into the browser fields, if anything, I will clarify later.
Check your address before clicking the Order button! The address must be indicated in Latin letters (even where they are not used, this is a general rule for everyone). In case of violation, we may ask you to make it again in accordance with the rules, even if it is paid for.
If you left an order but want to change the address, we will do it for free if the track is not linked yet. However, there will be a delay in sending the order in 1 business day. If the track is linked, you may need to pay an additional 50% of the shipping cost. If the order is shipped, it will be cheaper to receive it at that address or wait for a refund and pay for delivery again.
