Description

The Red Army belt with combination of canvas strap and leather reinforcement. Model 1940. The strap is original from the 1950s, with a galvanized steel buckle (neat replica).

Historical reference.

Leather belts have become rare since the beginning of the war. As a rule, wartime equipment was canvas. The original straps of the Red Army very widely differ in color and treatment, are assembled usually steady, but not accurate.
