Ax carrier of the Red Army

Description

The simplified canvas case of the 1943 model for a special military ax (such an ax is called a sapper ax). Made from canvas made in the USSR in the 60s. Natural linen fabric is used for the valve lining. Buttons were produced according to OST 5370 dated 03/05/1933.

Suitable for an ax with the following dimensions: blade length - 13 cm, height to butt - 17 cm, total length - 35 cm. Also suitable for carrying a carpenter's ax with dimensions: blade length - 15 cm, height to butt - 20 cm ., total length - 50 cm.

Such cases were produced between 1943 and 1950.
