Shank button 16 mm for WSS pockets

Description

A very rare copy: a button of reduced diameter, which was used on the pockets of the SS uniform before the war (and on service uniforms during the war). It could also be used for shoulder boards (because the diameter is similar to special screw-buttons). The diameter of 16 mm, it is slightly smaller than the usual uniform, but slightly larger than the button for the caps.

The button is made of two aluminum halves, EXTRA FEIN is inscription below, the leg is copper. Tip: the foot can be covered with silver paint so that it does not stand out.
