Wooden handle stick for German grenade M24

Description

Wooden handle for dummy-grenade restoration. Made on a machine-tool from a whole piece of beech. This wooden part is for German offensive grenade M24 (Stielhandgranate 24).

Historical reference.

This grenade was sequential from models of World War 1 and it was used during World War 2 as general type. A simplified model (with another handle) appeared 1943.
