Membership badge of nazi paramilitary youth organization Hitlerjugend in "gold" grade with oak leaves. 

Correct two piece construction with the enameled badge set onto a golden oak leaf wreath backing. There's makers code number and correct broochpin fitting on the back.

Historical reference.

This insignia was awarded by the Reichsjugendführer in recognition of exceptional service in or to the Hitler Youth. Usual membership badge had no golden oak wreath.
