Front sight protection MP-40

Description

Protection of the front sight from the 9 mm MP-40 submachine gun (Maschinenpistole 40). The MP38 had a slightly different part.

To complement the museum weapon, the blank or dummy weapons. Copy. Material steel, black burnished. Modern production.

MP 40 - submachine gun (German: Maschinenpistole) was in service with Wehrmacht soldiers during World War II.

The MP-40 was developed by Heinrich Vollmer on the basis of an earlier modification of the MP 38, which in turn was based on the modification of the EMP 36.
