Porcelain mug with the inscription 3rd school of the border guards and troops O.G.P.U. (О.Г.П.У.) depicting a star with a hammer and sickle. Perhaps, the most famous communist slogan "Proletarian of all countries, unite!" is also written. The color of the inscriptions is blue. O.G.P.U. means the United State Political Administration, created in 1923 after the creation of the USSR and lasted until 1934 year (when it became part of the NKVD of the USSR). That is, it was a supranational, all-union organisation. According to the 1924 constitution, this organization was engaged in the struggle "against political and economic counter-revolution, espionage and banditry."
