How to choose the size?

You will need a similar jacket, jacket or coat that suits you. You need to put it flat on the floor and measure the shoulder width with a flexible meter (along the shoulder seam, where the shoulder straps should be, behind the neck). This is the key size, the other sizes depend on it. For reference, we provide other measurements. The recommended bare chest circumference is the size of the clothes multiplied by 2 (that is, for size 50, the bare chest circumference should be 100 cm).

• Shoulder width — between the seams of the sleeves: along the shoulder seams and behind the neck.
• Height of the back is from the collar (excluding the collar) down in a straight line.
• Sleeve length is from the shoulder seam down in a straight line, maximum.

The overcoat should first of all fit the width of the shoulders and the length of the sleeve.

Description

The 1935 overcoat of the enlisted personnel was the basis of the winter uniforms of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (Red Army) before and at the initial stage of the Great Patriotic War. It is a coat made of overcoat (thick) cloth of light beige color, with a turn-down collar, a hidden hook closure, pockets and a flap on the back. The sleeves are double-seam, with straight adjustable cuffs. 

The overcoat is made of woolen cloth. The lining is waist—length, cotton, and has an inner pocket.  The slot at the bottom of the backrest facilitates movement.

How to take care of the product?

Soldiers at the front did not have the opportunity to wash overcoats (especially in a washing machine). Washing a woolen overcoat in a washing machine is an extreme measure, you don't need to do that! In case of contamination, it is necessary to wash the overcoat with a sponge or a soft brush with soap or detergent for natural fabrics in those places where it is dirty (usually knees, butt). You can wash off the detergent with a stream of water (shower in the bathroom, for example).
