Description

Belt made of thick canvas webbing with leather straps with buckle fasteners at the ends. Buckles steel galvanized. One end is floating, connected to the belt by means of a steel ring. Manual firmware. Manufacturer's mark. The shade of the sling and the skin may differ from what is seen in the photo.

There are belts without a floating end, without a ring - the belt is passed directly into the ring on the butt of the rifle. Our version is more complex and early.

Historical reference.

The Tokarev self-loading rifle (SVT-38) was adopted by the Red Army in early 1939. The rifle performed well in tests, but in combat conditions its use was fraught with some difficulties. Therefore, several upgrades were carried out, which nevertheless did not solve all the problems. So after reducing the weight of the rifle, reliability indicators decreased, coupled with a decrease in the quality of production during the war years. This was complicated by the low training of the soldiers. Many soldiers spoke negatively about the rifle. As a result, the production of such rifles was significantly reduced, and was actually replaced by Tokarev Automatic Rifles (AVT).
