Description
The soap and shaving kit of a soldier of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army is an atmospheric set of personal hygiene items made according to the original USSR samples of the 1920s and 1940s. All the elements of the set are made with the utmost attention to historical details, and the packaging and labels reproduce the authentic style of the pre-war Soviet industry and perfumery.
Such a set could be in the duffel bag of a Red Army soldier, commander of the Red Army or a civilian of the pre-war era. The objects reflect the everyday life and culture of the early Soviet Union, a time when even ordinary household items had a recognizable artistic style and characteristic typography.

The composition of the set
- T-shaped metal razor. The classic safety razor of the early 20th century was used in the army and in civilian life in the USSR. The metal construction ensures durability. Authentic appearance.
- The razor blade is "Extra". A replica of a Soviet blade with a characteristic pre-war packaging. Labels on the package: 0.10 mm shaving blade Extra.
- Shaving brush. A traditional brush with a wooden handle and natural bristles. It was used for whipping soap powder or soap into a thick foam.
- Shaving bowl. Ceramic bowl of classic shape for foam preparation. A simple and practical thing typical of army and road life in the first half of the 20th century.
- A waffle towel with stamps. The towel is traditionally made of waffle cloth and complemented with authentic stamps and markings: grade 2, Br. 2 (that is, inspector number 2), IV 41 (that is, April 1941 issue).
- Shaving soap powder "Britva" (razor). A rare and very characteristic item of the era. Soap powder was used instead of the usual modern shaving creams. Labels on the package: shaving soap powder RAZOR, NKPP (Narkompishcheprom or People's Commissariat of Food Industry) USSR Glavparfumer (or Main Perfumer department), Svoboda (Freedom) factory. The Svoboda Factory is one of the most famous Soviet perfumery and soap enterprises, which has existed since pre—revolutionary times.
- Toothbrush. Wooden toothbrush with natural bristles, made in the style of the pre-war USSR. Labels on the packaging: NKLP USSR Glavparfumer, perfume factory "Leningrad".
- Iridont tooth powder. An authentic replica of the famous Soviet tooth powder. Before the widespread use of toothpaste, tooth powder was the main means of dental care in the USSR. Inscriptions on the box: Narkompishcheprom (People's Commissariat of Food Industry), Glavparfumer, Iridont tooth powder, perfume factory "Leningrad", price 2 r. 30 k. (rubles and kopecks). In a planned economy, prices for products were fixed and printed on the packaging along with other product information.
- A handkerchief. A classic cotton handkerchief in a cage is a must-have item of everyday life of a Soviet person in the first half of the 20th century.
- Hairbrush. Black pocket comb of traditional shape. A compact accessory that was constantly carried in the pocket of a tunic, overcoat or duffel bag.
- The cologne "Triple". One of the most famous Soviet fragrances. Cologne was used: like perfume, antiseptic, aftershave. The labels on the bottle: Triple cologne TEZhE (Trust of essential fat essences), factory №3 Moscow.
- Strawberry soap. Colorful toilet soap in the style of the 1930s. Inscriptions: Strawberry toilet soap, Narkompishcheprom (People's Commissariat of Food Industry), of the state parfum factory TEZhE, Moscow.
- Packaging for 2 pcs. of condoms (empty). A rare historical element of the set, reproducing the packaging of Soviet sanitary products. Inscriptions: NKMP RSFSR, Glavkhimprom (Main Chemical Production department), Condom 2 pcs. 60 k. (60 kopecks is its price), Bakovsky rubber factory, station Bakovskaya of the Western Railroad.
Limitation of seller’s liability.
The ration consists of real edible products of industrial (with the replacement of factory packaging for historical) or piece (home) production. All components were packaged usable (within the expiration date). The expiration dates on the historical packaging (if any) are given in terms of historical compliance, and have nothing to do with the actual expiration dates of the products inside. You need to understand that this ration is primarily a game element, props, and only then a set that can be used for its intended purpose. Also, other products for reenactment, although they are full-fledged, are primarily focused on creating the appearance and sensation of use. That is, the appearance and properties of the goods for reenactment are close to the original, however, the goods for reenactment did not pass special testing for use in the army or during military operations (for example, a game helmet will not protect from fragments in a real battle).
