How to choose the size?

Use a centimeter flexible tape to determine the size (i.e. head circumference above the ears in centimeters). How to measure correctly, please follow the link.

Description

Feldgrau colour cloth, lining is grey or olive artificial silk or beige cotton.

There is an ink marking inside the cap: the name of the manufacturer, the year of production (1940) and the size.

Historical reference.

The cap of the 1940 model replaced the M35 in the SS troops. Smooth lines of the base and lapels (the same model was in the Luftwaffe only in blue-gray Blaugrau color).
