A good copy of War Merit Cross (on a pin). Silver finish.
We have such crosses on a pin (that is, on the reverse side of a massive flat pin-fastener) and on a screw (that is, on the reverse side is a screw with a flat round nut, as usual on order decorations). Before buying, you need to choose the fastener option. If an option is not available, it means that it is currently out of stock (sold out).
The War Merit Cross was instituted on the 11th October 1939 and awarded for military or civilian merit not involving front line combat service. The version with swords was awarded for bravery or actions which involved exposure to physical danger.
