Description
Split-pins attach the liner to the sphere of the helmet to get a complete helmet. These pins often break on original helmets during disassemble process, so they are replaced with copies.
The stamps inside the legs on the LB38, 1939 and IKA40 models. The rest have stamps on the outside of the legs! The manufacturer's stamps were found both inside and outside.
The stamp is on the outside of the legs: examples on the website german-ww2-helmet.com
The stamp is inside: examples on the germanhelmetvault.com
Our split-pins are made on factory machinery and are copies of museum quality. They are very difficult to distinguish from originals if a person does not understand the stamps and the production history of the German helmets. Brass clasps are made entirely of brass and have golden color. The cap should be painted in the color of the helmet after installation.
Price is per set (3 pieces).
