So, after getting wet in the rain, you can easily tear the end of the strap or the loop on the case.
Using an original field bottle in a reenactment, you can destroy a collectible quite quickly - and again be left without a field bottle, buying it again or repairing it!

The copy glass is made of aluminum and covered with black semi-matte paint. The case is made of cloth with buttons with a "star" pattern. The leather straps are of economy quality, but still, it is leather, not an imitation.
