Carrier (frog) for Mauser late

Description

Suspension (frog) for Mauser 98k of late-war design to the German bayonet for the carbine Mauser 98k. Made from vegetable tanned leather, dyed black. On the back side is the stamp RB.Nr. It is a rare and interesting item for any reenactor and collector. A great copy.

Historical reference.

A simplified design appeared at the end of the war (presumably in 1944). It was easier to manufacture than the classic model.
