Iron Cross 2nd class ribbon with bar

Iron Cross (Eisernes Kreuz) 2nd class ribbon from 1914 (black with white stripes) with the bar (Spange).

The bar is nice quality die struck example is finished in matt silver plate. Reverse has the legs. Size 3x3 cm.

Historical reference.

This bar was awarded to recipients of the 1914 Iron Cross 2st Class who were subsequently awarded the 1939 Iron Cross during WWII. This ribbon was worn like model 1939 ribbon, in the buttonhole.
